Home South Communities has developed a streamlined process that takes the worry and stresses out of building a new home. Our friendly process allows you to choose your home site, floorplan, upgrades, and all color selections in one scheduled appointment. Once your contract package has been accepted, you can sit back and relax while Home South handles the rest of the construction process.

Once your home is complete, a Homeowner Orientation will be scheduled for you, your real estate agent, and a Home South representative. During this orientation, you will become familiar with your new home, understand the Home South Communities warranty program, and address any items that may need repair.

Once all agreed-upon repairs are made, we will join once again at the closing where you will become the proud owner of a Home South new construction home.
